Afrivac is a public utility foundation under Senegalese law, in accordance with the provisions of the law n°95-11 of April 07th 1995 and is application 95-415 on May 15th 1995. Afrivac is governed by a
board of Trustees composed by 10 members within who the 5 founding members and 5 institutional partners and private sector representative. The board defines the strategy which will be implemented by the secretariat under the leadership of the general administrator. .
